   This story is about a group called the greaser and the socs. This story beggan with troubles with the two groups that wanted the belonging of the neighboorhood, until a day the a member of the greasers called johnny stabbed bob,member of the socs, and there is where the troubles gets bigger and becames a fight that at the end the greaser wons the fight and they where happy, until they know that,that same night his friend johnny and dally died.

She wrote this book when she was a teen, she wrote one of the most popular novel, she began writing the novel in 1965 in Oklahoma, the novel she wrote was inspired by two rival gangs at her school the Greaser and Socs
